The fat, protein, and fibers in peanut butter all work together to help control your appetite. For breakfast before I head to the gym I have the Elvis special: whole grain bread, peanut butter, honey, and banana sandwich. And when I'm craving a late night snack I will
literally whip out the spoon and grab a scoop of peanut butter before I head to bed.
