I'm currently a personal trainer at New York Health and Racquet in Midtown Manhattan, and at Brownings Fitness Studio on the Upper East Side in Manhattan. I keep busy by volunteering at KEEN (Kids Enjoy Exercise Now) which helps kids with special needs become active and more social. I'm also the sole designer of this website and a fitness writer for Healthline.
I've always enjoyed writing it's kind of what I thought I would be doing so why not add two things I love: fitness+writing. From one human being to another I know how working out can be whether you're losing motivation, not sure the proper form on an exercise, or just don't know what to do in the gym. But I believe if you really want to change it has to start with you, I'm here for positive reinforcement and make sure you're performing each exercise correctly.
You can do any of the workouts I've posted or try just one new exercise a month. I'm here to motivate you and keep you on track with your fitness goals, I won't let you get bored in the gym! And of course a healthy diet starts in the kitchen, so don't forget to check out the recipes tab too!
